Fill In the Blank Quiz Retry Problem

Hi everyone,
I am having a problem with a fill-in-the-blank question in my assessment.
The assessment is a 10 question quiz, drawn from an 18 item question bank. I have one fill-in-the blank question. The problem occurs after the quiz has been completed. If the student does not pass the quiz, and they click Retry Quiz on the results page, all questions return to their initial state except the fill-in-the-blank. The student's previous response remains in the text box. I experimented with the Slide Property for Revisiting, but that does not seem to change what happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

There was a pretty interesting discussion on this. Looks like Nancy provided some very helpful information that may help you out with this.
Take a look:
To make sure those results get cleared out, you have to add a Reset Results trigger to clear them

Thanks for responding to my post. Yes, I have a reset results trigger attached to the retry quiz button. All other results reset. Only the Fill-In-The-Blank retains it's original state.

I've attached the assessment portion of the module. I noticed also, the fill-in-the-blank is not recognizing the correct answer when it is entered. Thanks for taking a look at it.

Did you all ever find a solution for this? I am having the same issue and followed all of the suggestions given by Nancy in the thread linked above. It is still not clearing out the fill-in-the blanks! I am only testing in preview, is that the problem?? I am using a Question Bank if that may be complicating things. Thanks for any advice anyone has.

I did receive a reply from Articulate's product support. Apparently this is a known bug that occurs only on Fill-In-The-Blanks that are in a Question Bank. They don't yet have a solution for the issue. Support did recommend I try this:
"In the Fill in the Blank question, add this trigger to the slide
Set TextEntry equal to (blank)
As I was out of time to correct/debug my assessment I just dropped the question from the bank. Maybe when they update the software I'll give it another go.
