Fill in the blanks - typing issue

Aug 28, 2012

Hi there,

I have added a fill in the blank free form into one of my slide but whenever I publish the slides and upload them onto my website, I am unable to type in the 'fill in the blank' box. I had written in the box 'enter your answer here' whilst in storyline, it appears when published but then when you click on the box to write in it, the 'enter your answer here' does disappear but you cannot write in it.

SO I took out the 'enter your answer here' and had just a plain box. As I cannot have writing in it, I wanted to make sure that when the box is clicked on and written in it comes out in a size 24 font and centred within the box. However, when I put my cursor in the box during storyline it allows me to change the font size, colour, centre the text etc, but as soon as you click out of the box it goes straight back to size 12 Articulate aligned to the left. It does not keep the changes you make to the font when you publish it either.

Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

This is a bug, it does maintain the fontsize and font as long as you dont click back on it, if you do this the font resets to articulate 12.  One issue you may also see is if the font you choose is not installed on the users machine it will display as articulate

I have not seen a text entry field not work so you may have a problem here.
