Hi everyone, just wondering if I am missing something or this is just not an option for shapes other than the standard square/ rectangles ect. I have been trying to fill a parallelogram with an image. I have been using the format option and importing an image however the image always seems either distorted or is tiled once published. I have played with the offeset settings but the image is cropped once it goes in? Is it possible to fill this type of shape with an image or does it have to be set in an outside program and then imported into storyline ready to go?
I think it is a question of finding the settings you want. I loaded a picture into a parallelogram without distortion or tiling. Here's a video that illustrates the effects of some of the setting changes.
Thanks Walt, that was most helpful, very much appreciated. I did have the tiling option ticked.
I am thinking the distortion is also coming from the size of the image being placed into the shape...compared to the size of the shape? being squished into there? but maybe it is just the tiling option being ticked.
