Hi, in the storyline course that we are working on, we are trying to add CPE credits to it. During the testing, the final assessment is failed once. When the course window is closed, it sent the fail scores 3 times to the LMS.
I have created a case with # 00393361 yesterday and awaiting help from anybody on the support side. Please help at the earliest.
I saw you were working with Jonathan on your course and he shared:
I have uploaded your course in Articulate Online to see if I could reproduce the issue. After failing the assessment, it only submitted the score once in the server (see the link to the screenshot attached) (Removed for this thread in case you didn't want it shared)
Generally, Storyline does not send the score multiple times to the server so the server may have triggered something that caused this.
If you don't get the same behavior, I would recommend consulting the LMS admin since they're your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
Before you consult them, enable the debug log of your course and test your course again in your LMS server. Then show the debug log to your LMS admin because it might help them determine what's causing the issue. The debug log is a text log of the communication between the course and the LMS server.
By default, LMS debug mode is disabled in Articulate Storyline content, but you can enable it for troubleshooting purposes. Here's how.
Would either of you be able to tell me more about CPE guidelines? I am building a course and trying to make it CPE compliant but I am not sure what are the requirements which are to be fulfilled for an e-learning module to be CPE compliant. Thanks!!
I'm not very familiar with the CPE guidelines, so I'd have to defer to someone else in the community to assist you here. You may also want to start a new thread with that in the subject line to help other find your question.
Not silly at all - when you open any of the forum topics (i.e. Storyline, Presenter, Articulate Online or the general Articulate Product Support) you'll see a button at the very top that says "Write a new post" on the top right hand side. That'll allow you to start a new post, with a subject, assign it to a particular forum topic, etc.

I suggest that you test your course by uploading it to this free LMS test server to check if you would get the same behavior:

Thank you Ashley Silly question but where do I go to start a new thread?
