We've been having an issue where on failure of the exam, if the user moves to a previous slide to review, upon returning to the exam slide the questions will not be answerable (can't click the multiple choice pips, move objects etc.), the issue also extends to the player buttons changing from "submit" to "previous" and "next" where the user can just click through the whole exam, failing it. After clicking through, the user can then click the "retry quiz" button as normal but with a fail mark against them (we allow 3 exam tries) after which the user can continue as normal and the exam works properly.
Next and previous are not checked and there are no triggers associated with them, the player seems to be defaulting(?) to the option on its own. The issue occurs both on the LMS and in preview.
Hi there, Kellen. Just to confirm, does the failure layer on the results slide include the retry button? And does it have a trigger to reset the results? It sounds like users aren't triggering the "reset results" feature when they leave the failure layer.

which version of SL are you using? Can you share the .story file? Just use the grey 'add attachment' button to upload the file
