Hi, Rick -- So sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, and thank you for your file. I will check it out on my end shortly, and let you know what I find.
In the meantime, there are some basic troubleshooting steps we can run through to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here. I'll be in touch soon. :)
HI Rick. You didn't create any text for feedbacks, so this is a reson why it is not shown. Please put into place marked on red in attached file and then SL will create automatically layer with correct and incorrect feedback.
That does it! I have no idea how the feedback "disappeared" from all those questions. You just saved me several hours of work right before I have to show this to the client today!
