Find and replace function not working?

I've just tried to use the 'find' function and Storyline is responding with the message that there are no instances of the word found, despite completing the search on a screen that clearly contains the word. (Image attached.) Any ideas as to why this might be happening? There are other instances of the search word in the course and, when I press search, Storyline seems to flick through those pages (they appear on screen very briefly) and then it gives up. I have also done the same search with 'judgements', but for some reason Storyline then finished on a different screen before telling me the word wasn't in the course.
