We're getting reports of people having issues viewing our storyline interaction when they are using Firefox on a Mac. Apparently, all they get is the spinning load indicator and the presentation never shows up.
Anyone encounter this? Are there any solutions? Getting quite a few grumbles, I'm afraid.
Sounds like they should have everything running properly. Curious, are the Mac users able to try another browser? I wonder if they run into the same issue if they view the course in Safari, instead of Firefox.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm afraid I don't have access to a Mac to try this out. If you're still having trouble with this, maybe our support team can test this out for you.
