Hi there Jamie!

Have you been able to find anything about the FireFox versions on the user machines? Are they similar, or do they vary?

Also, are you working on a Mac as well and seeing this, or are you using a PC? Just curious if you're experiencing this on your own machine as well.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

Sounds like they should have everything running properly. Curious, are the Mac users able to try another browser? I wonder if they run into the same issue if they view the course in Safari, instead of Firefox.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm afraid I don't have access to a Mac to try this out. If you're still having trouble with this, maybe our support team can test this out for you
