Hey there, Michelle! It looks like you would like to share a course that you published for the web; does that sound right? We have a great article on publishing and sharing your content. Also, we have an E-Learning Challenge weekly, and the previous one happens to be choose your own topic! Here's the link! One last place for exposure... our Building Better Courses forum where folks post their awesome examples all the time.
And just to note, it looks like you shared the .html link from your published output which may not work for folks trying to view. The publishing and sharing article shows how to take that output and host it for sharing!
Do you mean your elearning heroes portfolio or on your website? Either way it will need to be loaded onto a server somewhere and the link http://www.xxx.xxx will be the link you use.

Hi Michelle
the beginning of your link says it's on your local pc which folks won't be able to access
file:///C:/Users/michelle%20darby/Documents/My%20Articulate%20Projects/WH&S%20%20-%20Storyline%20output/story_html5.html
Where are you trying to upload the file to? a web server? or an LMS
