I'm pretty new to storyline and came across a problem. I want to add a feedback layer to my drag and drop once the user completes the activity. However, when I go to press "submit" it skips to the next slide and does not show the feedback layer. I've tried ever trigger possible and I don't understand why it wont show the feedback layer. It is slide 1.7 titled "Types of Change".
Hi, Maia -- Thanks so much for reaching out here and sorry for your difficulties! One possibility would be to verify trigger order, and a colleague of mine also shared the attached option to address the behavior you are finding, as well. Hope that helps and please let us know if issues persist!
The engage activity is still not working? When I hit preview to view it in action it skips the feedback slide again. I've checked the settings many times and don't know why it's happening. :/
Hi Christie, I've gone ahead and just created an entire new drag and drop slide and made the feedback the same for both the correct and incorrect slide. It works that way! Thank you for your help though :)
