Flash Content In Storyline 2

I'm new to Storyline, just started today, so please be kind.
I'm building Flash content that needs to run in Storyline for a client. I'm able to see test content in the preview window, but when I publish it doesn't appear. I can't find the SWF in the Storyline build folder, but I'm not getting any load fails in Chrome, so I assume it's baked into the main SWF file.
I've attached screenshots of the preview screen, and published output. The dark gray box with the blue square is the SWF file.
Anyone run into this issue?

Hi Adam and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Articulate Storyline supports both interactive and non-interactive Flash movies. For the best results, use these guidelines when developing Flash files.
Thanks for your reply. I did follow the guidelines to the best of knowledge. It's a very simple SWF file for testing.
I'm using the trial version of articulate, would that have an impact on the published output by any chance?
Hi Adam! It would not. The 30 day trial is the full version minus a license :)
If you would be able to share the swf file, we could take a look.
