Flash gets abandoned
May 12, 2016
We ran into an issue where a customer complained he could not view the content, while it rans un my PC fine. I found out that I was watching the flash based version and that the customer had a problem with the HTML5 version or with the flash plugin.
However, as with Facebook, chrome, firefox, our company also will abandon flash. I submitted a while a go a request to have the option to publish to HTML5 only, like is possible with Captivate 7 already.
When I posted the request it was not really urgent, but now, we have to test our courses in a lot of browsers to see issues. Though it's good habit to test it in other browsers from time to time it would help if we at least have one version of the course: html based.

Sjoerd, it's easy to link directly to the HTML5 versions of your published output, take a look at this support article: https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/link-directly-to-the-html5-published-output-sl2
Does this help?
it is finally solved with SL3 and Ariculate 360.
