Flash Player 10 or higher for internet explorer is required to run Articulate Storyline

Hi,

We're installing the software on a new colleague's computer ( same settings as mine, Windows 10 , same flash player) however she's getting the above error message while on my computer it works. Any tips? Please note that for company's restrictions we can't install any software ourselves.

You will probably need an administrator to install flash into internet explorer

Hi Karen,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into.

It looks like you're using Storyline 2, so I assume that your colleague may be as well.

You can see all of our system requirements here, which does include Flash for authoring.
