Hi I am using Storyline 360. I am having a problem when viewing the HTML export on any mobile device whereby the screen flickers white between slides. All of my slides contain videos which play automatically when the slide advances. I have seen bugs mentioned previously with videos but they were from many years ago and so hoping they would have been fixed by now. Is anyone having/ has had a similar issue? Do you know what causes this problem?

I do see that we had a similar report previously of the course flickering when viewed on an iPad or iPhone if the slide quickly changes, but we were unable to replicate this recently.
Do you know what version of Storyline you used to publish the project?

What type of device/browser are you viewing the content with?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
