Flickering Issue in Articulate Storyline 2

I uploaded the zipped package to SCORM Cloud here where I noticed some flashing when clicking the Close button–here's a quick Peek of my testing.

After some more digging, I see that we've identified an issue in update 12 where there is a brief white flash during slide transitions with the HTML5 output. This bug report matches what I'm seeing in your file, so I'm going to attach our discussion to it.

Looks like this bug was fixed in Storyline 3 and 360, so we'll certainly keep you updated on its progress in 2. Another note that the flash output of the Storyline 2 course will not flicker in:

• Internet Explorer 8 or later
• Google Chrome (latest version)
• Firefox (latest version)
• or Safari 7 or later

Yes, Flash Output is working fine and the issue is only in HTML5 output. Also i have tried to check with update 13 of storyline 2 but the issue still exists.
