On page 13 of the attached file, I’ve build a fairly simple slide using layers.
As the learner moves between the layers by clicking the Standard 2, Standard 3, Standard 4… button, there is a slight flicker which appears to be showing the base layer which I would rather did not appear.
I’ve bashed my head on this for way to long and am really hoping comeone can help me with this.
the only one I really saw it flash the base layer on when going through the first few layers was Standard 6 - try ticking the hide base layer objects and see if that works for you. Also I only previewed - see if it makes a difference when you publish

I've downloaded your file but in all the scenes I can't see a slide 13? Which scene is it in
