FLV File distorted in published course

I have embedded a 30 second flv video clip in a storyline project. When previewing, it runs fine. When I publish it, and someone else loads it to their computer, the flv is distorted as seen below. Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this? The elearning will be loaded onto an LMS for final delivery, but during this early phase of testing, the distortion is a problem. Thanks!

Hi Alice,
Are you publishing to a web server? Viewing flash content works best that way. Try publishing to your LMS and have them view it again. That should solve your issue. Take a look at this Knowledge Base Article for more information.
