With Flash being obsolete, we have a few courses which are developed in Storyline 360 where, we have inserted FLV videos. I would like to know if these will still work after December 2020? Or should we convert these into mp4 and then insert them in the slides?

That's a great question. First, here's how Storyline encodes videos, based on their original file formats and the chosen publishing output options:
You won't need to convert FLV to MP4 since Storyline will go through the conversion process.
