Focus Order, Rectangle with text and Adding ALT Text (Copy & Paste or ReType)

I was learning how to use focus order and tried to copy and paste the text in a rectangle (I did not use a text box) and cannot do this.

Are we unable to cut & paste the content into the ALT text and actually have to retype content?

Any hints would be appreciated.

Hello Lisa!

I'm happy to help! By default, the alt text is configured for you in the Focus Order. For text boxes, the text is already added as alt text. If you're looking to change the alt text using copying and pasting, make sure to copy the text rather than the shape.
