Font changed after upload to LMS

Hi All,

Did anyone experience issues with a change of font when uploading a course into the LMS. I use Articulate 360 Storyline. The font I chose for the entire course is "Articulate". It's uploaded as "HTML5 with Flash fallback". Output Option to LMS is "Scorm1.2". I use chrome as a browser and all trainees in the company will use Chrome as a default. Do I need to upload it differently? Did I miss anything in the upload settings in Articulate 360?

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your project.

  • Is Modern Text enabled for your project?
  • Do you see the same issue if the project is uploaded to another LMS for testing, such as SCORM Cloud, or is the issue only present within your LMS?

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for the reply. After reading some recommended posts in this forum I figured that the Browser settings seem to be the issue. Clearing the "Cache" in my browser seems to fix the issue temporarliy. I'm a bit concerned that the end-users may experience the same issue. But I'm happy that it's not a design or Articulate issue.
