font changing

Hello Daniel!

Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty with this. I am not sure I have seen this issue reported. The font is different while still working with the software, prior to publishing?

• What version of Storyline are you utilizing? 
• What font are you experiencing the issue with?

I know we had an issue with some fonts not working in Storyline 360 that were upgraded from Storyline 2, but that issue was addressed in Update 5. Click here for details and let's make sure you are using an up-to-date version. 

I am using Articulate 360.

I save the program and come back later and all the text box sizes are different and the font changes to a different font.

8 Hours today reworking a program. Half of that is cleaning this mess.

Open sans it keep reverting to.

Looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed - quick Peek video here if you need help.

It happened again today

I open it and one sections format has changed from where it was yesterday.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong, I do not want to stop using articulate.

Hi Daniel! Not sure if you were attaching your file as requested in your latest response. 

Replying via e-mail does two things:

1. Allows your email signature to come through as I mentioned above
2. Does not allow attachments to be included in your forum response

Please be sure to click 'View' in your e-mail vs reply so that you can edit your signature if needed and add your file attachment for me to take a look.

This on has changed fonts several times

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for sharing your file! I'm not seeing anything there that would cause your font to spontaneously change. I did notice the font theme in this project is Open Sans, so you may want to try changing that to Arial.

I do have a couple more questions:

• Did you build this file from scratch, or import it from another Storyline or PowerPoint file?
• Are you working from your local hard drive?

This was created from a vendors power point and I am working from a local hard drive.
