Font display

Hi,

I am working on a project where all text displays correctly in preview and publish mode. (I am on 96 dpi mode)

I copied one scene from that project, into a new storyline file.

Now when I preview or publish the new file, the text displays in a larger size and spills out of the text box. The font has changed from Arial (original file) to Articulate in the new file. How can I turn this off? I don't want to reformat every text box.

Hi Shanti!

It sounds like you’re starting to troubleshoot on your own and DPI and importing those slides into a new project are two things that we commonly recommend.

So, be sure that you are working on your local drive.

If Storyline in general is behaving erratically, then you may want to read this article.

Of course, you could submit a support case to us as well for someone to have a look at.

Hi Leslie,

I realized that I have no issues if I IMPORT the scene into a new file, but if I copy and paste, then the fonts seem to default to Articulate. I guess I'll stick with that option.
