Font display broken

We have a line of text that uses the font "Bebas Neue Book". Looks fine in Storyline. Doesn't play in any browser.
Here's a snapshot that says "Let's Begin"
We have a workstation running an earlier version of SL V3.18.16449.0 if we publish the course to the server using this version there is NO PROBLEM rendering the font in that version.
The font looks like the above image when published with SL V3.20.16814.0

I'd like my workstation to fall back to V3.18.16449.0 would you please provide a download link?
