Hi there, Trade Gothic LT Com Bold Condensed No. 20 is not displaying correctly in Storyline, it looks italicized. This screen-cap shows the same font in Photoshop vs Storyline.
I see this post about OTF issues, but I am running Windows 10, this solution doesn't work for me: https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/opentype-otf-fonts-are-incorrect-when-previewing-or-publishing
No, I am not running Storyline over a network or some external drive. Anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks! ;-D

Hi Megan,
That article references Storyline 1, and we also have Storyline 2 - so I'd want to begin by confirming which one you're using. Also have you tried that font in Powerpoint or Word to see how it works there. If it doesn't work in either of those I would not expect it to work in Storyline.
I am using the latest version of Storyline 2. I just tried this in Word. It doesn't look right there either. I think the work around is to use a different font... But that's what client wants!
You may want to share those results with them, so that they're able to see the way it would look in Word as well - and since programs like Storyline and Word don't have the same robust editing capabilities as a program like Photoshop they'll appear a bit differently.
And for windows 10 I need too?
Hello Johny!
I can see that you’re still struggling with font issues since you reached out here and in this other discussion. I’d love to help. Can you take a look at the article I shared in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there!
