My organisation uses the Gotham font family. I have opened an old project and find that whenever Gotham Bold has been used, the characters appear as gibberish. Can any one help please? Image is shown below

For Gotham Bold, do you happen to have OTF and TTF versions installed? If you have both, then uninstalling one of those font files may help render the text correctly. In case this helps, here is how you can discover those font settings on your PC:
Open Settings.
Click on Personalization.
Click on Fonts.
Select the font to show more details.

You are correct, I have both the OTF and the TTF installed. I will get my IT department to sort out and let you know how I get on.
