I've installed a font that has (apparently) a number of "font faces", and I need to use them but only the main font is showing up in my list of fonts to use in Storyline.
All my downloaded fonts are my Downloads folder, I've never had an issue with using fonts from there before.
I'd like to ask a few questions so I can better address your concern.
Can you provide more information on what a font face is? Are you referring to the different variations of a font such as Arial, Arial Black, Arial narrow, and Arial Rounded MT Bold?
Are multiple fonts affected, or just this one font family that you are trying to install?
Can these "font faces" be selected in Microsoft Word?
Have you tried deleting the currently installed font and downloading and installing the font from a different source?
I'm curious if your fonts are displaying properly in Microsoft Word, because if these font faces aren't working in Microsoft Word as well, then the issue may be with the actual font download that you're trying to install.
