Font issue

Hi team,

I've created a module in Articulate Storyline and running it on moodle. It's working perfect on my PC. But I've received several complaints from end users about certain letters missing from text. Specifically the letters are 'T' and 'F'. The fonts used are as follows:
Open Sans
Arial
Calibri

I've resolved this problem by changing the fonts to Times New Roman across my module, but this is not ideal as it impacts the visual appeal of the module.

I do not have this problem for the same set of users on the same PCs when the modules are designed in Captivate 8.0

Can you suggest a work around please.

I've also tried compiling the storyline SCORM in Flash and HTML5 with no luck.
