I moved a .story over from a windows machine to my Mac running Parallels where I have Storyline installed.
I needed to install fonts that I had used in the original .story file.
The problem is that while they appear to look OK in edit mode, when I publish they don't appear to be available and substitute fonts are being rendered.
Hi Phil. Yes I installed them on Windows. Though I was using Windows 8, so I am not sure if I did it right (that OS is an enigma). They appear in the Fonts folder. I restarted Windows also, but that didn't appear to make a difference. They are not installed on the Mac side.

Have you installed the fonts in windows? Are the fonts being substituted references? The references being replaced is a known issue.
