Hello, Heroes. Has anyone seen text display like this (inside Storyline)? A client who has Storyline thinks it is a Storyline issue, but I think it may be her screen resolution or something related. We are currently testing on a different PC. Just hoping I can save us some time.
The font used in the course is Myriad Pro. Thanks for your ideas. -Jill @ Digital Harbor
In this situation it appears that the top line is a separate text box and it's not wide enough to display the text in the box so part of the text is wrapping to the next line. Have you tried to widen the boxes to account for how different dpi settings might shift your presentation? I'd wager widening that top box would fix the issue.
Thanks Steve for helping Jill out here. Also, Jill you'll want to check that when working in Storyline your DPI is set to 96, as setting it otherwise could cause odd behavior such as objects being misplaced or distorted.
It turns out that the user had an older version of Myriad Pro installed. After installing the latest version, the problem appears to be gone. Thanks everyone!

Thanks to Steve and Ashley for the suggestions. I'll bet that you are correct. I'll post the final resolution when I hear from my client. -Jill
