I came into a problem with Articulate Storyline 3.1.12 where when I create a slide using a font called 'Raleway' (I have this font installed in my Windows) and when I preview or publish the project, the characters with that font appears as symbols, as the second screenshot shows. When I change it to Arial or when I use the 'Raleway Bold' it works fine, but I need to use the Raleway Regular.

I'd start by having you update to the latest version of Storyline 3, Build 3.5.16548.0 it's included a lot of fixes since that first update and you can see them all noted here.
