Font size changes after publication

I have created a Storyline module and published it for web. I have had two people review the published module on their computers. One person can only view the .html and the other person can only view the .swf. The .html view is fine, but the .swf file skews the text on some of the slides. For example the text is perfect when I view the .swf, but when person #2 views the text increases in size and falls off the slide (on some slides not all). BTW we all have the same Flash player and version installed.
Does anyone know why the text would be altered after publication on some computers and not others?
Please help. I need to roll this out to over 10,000 viewers and I cannot afford to have 10,000 help desk calls coming in.

Hi Dana,
You'll want to be sure to point your users to the story.html file. Viewing the .swf file is not supported due to loss of functionality and erratic behavior, as you've experienced. You can learn more about getting the proper content to your users here. Hope that helps
Peter,
Thanks for the info. Since the story.html file does not work for us (it has an error when launched) I'm not sure what to do. I am a Captivate user and in Captivate I can publish as an .exe file so people can view it offline. Can storyline be published in a format that can be viewed offline? I would like to e-mail the published file to someone and have them open and view it. Any thoughts?
Hi Dana,
It sounds like you may be looking for the Publish to CD function. In that case, the file that launches your course will be called Launch_Story.exe.
