Hi, I am very new to using Storyline and having a problem with font size display. The body text default on the slide masters is set at Arial 12pt and is showing as such but looks like a 9 or 9 pt in both working, preview and published versions of some slides. I can not change the font size on any of the affected slides. I suspect this is an issue with the slide master but just can not figure it out. The slide master was created by a consultant (who has excellent Articulate experience). Any advice is welcomed.

Do you have a .story file to share with us? If you're seeing it set as Arial 12 on your slide master, and then apply that slide layout to the slide in question, you should see it as the same font/size. But if you're seeing it differently we'll also want to ensure you're working on local project files as detailed here.
The slides titled 'Managing your Performance, Development and Workload' and 'Our responsibilities' provide an example of the font size issues.

Unfortunately changing the DPI setting did not help. I am only having a issues with reduced font size on some slides and not others.

The issue with font size can be seen on the slides titled Consequences foe unethical behaviour and What is corruption? As you can see I do not have this issue with other slides whilst using the same slide master template.
I also have an issue with opening linked documents as demonstrated in the slide titled Things to be aware of as a public sector employee. The pdf document Conflict of Interest is linked to the layer More detailed information but takes end users to the folder containing the document instead of opening the document.
I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.

Also I see your reply to Ashley - if you have replied by email, the attachments won't apply - you need to come into the forum post and use the Add attachment button.
I took a look at your file and I'm not seeing an issue with the font. The text boxes are marked to shrink text on overflow, so there may be slight variances.
As for the attachments issues, I would try to make the file path shorter and re-attach. It looks like most of your attachments are working.
If you continue to have difficulty, I invite you to check out the repair option in this documentation.
For one of your files, it looks like you were trying to reference a resource, so be sure you are following these directions:
Articulate Storyline lets you add supplementary files and web links to your course player. If you attach a file to your player, you can also link to that same file from any slide in your course. Here's how.

Storyline uses a 96DPI which is a windows display setting. Using other DPI can sometimes cause issues.
