When I open my co-worker's ".story" file, Calibri font renders larger for me than her at the same size setting--i have tried reinstalling the font, but this does not help. This doesn't happen to other software on our systems. Does anyone have an idea of how to remedy this problem. I am unable to review files behind anyone with this issue present.
To ensure your text is the correct size, select is all inside the text box and check the size.
If you click outside the text box, the text resizes, click the text box itself to see if it is also set for the correct font size.
If both the above are correct, right click the text box, select Format Object from the menu, then locate the Tex Box tab at the bottom of the format object window. Finally, change the text box sizing to size based on the content in it.

I would check your DPI settings and also check you are working at 100% zoom
The most likely culprit is the DPI settings. Make sure you both are working on the same DPI settings.
Control Panal > Display > Text size
Thanks to all of you who took the time to respond. Changing the DPI in control panel did the trick. thanks so much!! I really appreciate it!
