Hi - I created a set of master slides using variations of the font: Franklin Gothic.
When I insert the masters into the presentation, the headline font is fine but the body copy font keeps reverting to Arial. I have carefully checked all body fonts in the master and none of them are Arial.
I also created a font set with the desired fonts, but still having trouble.
Can you confirm that you're working locally as described here? Also, if you'd like to share a copy of the .story file here with us we can take a look at the set up as well.
i want to verify that you are working locally as described here. I was able to insert a slide master and the font was sticking in a new file from my end. Have you seen this on other files, or just this one? You may want to import into a new file or follow the steps here.
