My company uses a specific TT font family. It appears correctly on most slides and does not appear correctly on the player at all.
I've read similar issues in the forums so let me say the following: Fonts were installed before installing Storyline, The font is True Type, I'm using the latest install of Storyline 3.
When viewing the setup for the player, the fonts looks correct (see Preview.gif). When I preview the slide in storyline or view the slides after publishing them, I get a different result (see Actual.gif). The font I'm using is Cisco sans, a TTF developed specifically for this company.
Thanks, Daniel for those images. Can you also let me know where you're hosting and testing the course? Do you know if you're seeing this in Flash or HTML5, or both?
If you're able to share the font files that may help us replicate and troubleshoot a bit faster, and I understand if you can't share them publicly, but our Support Team are ready here to take a look.
Hi Ashley - Not sure if you received my reply via email. Just in case, here it is again:
I believe our LMS, Docebo, is using html5. I save the SCORM as a zip and upload that. This is happening regardless of what version of SCORM I use, and even happens when I upload to Tempshare (which is why I think this is not an LMS issue). I've noticed that this only appears to be a problem with the player, everything else looks fine.
I only see your reply here in ELH, with a copy of the font files?
I'll take a look - but wanted to let you know that the fonts are shared here publicly now in the event that it was not what you intended. You can always edit your post to remove them if you'd like.
I installed the main CiscoSans Font (regular) and added it to some slide text and the player here. It seems to be working normally for me, but I wanted you to take a look at the output I uploaded here to Tempshare. I was viewing the HTML5 output in Chrome's latest version.
Were you using one of the different Cisco font options?

Hi there Daniel,
I'm happy to help you get to the bottom of this. Can you help me with a few more questions?
Thanks, Alyssa,
