Fonts not displaying properly
Feb 07, 2020
I have a SCORM file that I recently updated. Previously our custom fonts were displaying just fine in the SCORM file in our Docebo LMS. I corrected a typo that was missed a while back and re-uploaded the SCORM, and the font looks like a Times New Roman with missing Ts. I assumed the custom fonts were the problem, so I changed them all to Open Sans with the same result. I then tried Arial in case web fonts weren't recognized -- same result. Please assist.
"font" attachment shows what it looks like in the Docebo LMS.
"view in storyline open sans" shows what it looks like in Storyline.

It looks like it only let me add one of the attachments, so here's the other one.
Hi, Lauren. I'd love to help you solve this!
A few quick questions to gather key details:
Do you notice a difference if you enable or disable Modern Text?
Hey there! Turns out this is a known issue in Docebo when you overwrite an older version of a SCORM file. I wasn’t sure if the issue was with the LMS or the file itself. Thank you for the response!

Thanks for coming back so quickly with an update, Lauren!
Much appreciated, and good insight to know. I'm certain fellow Docebo users will find this very helpful!
