I started my SL360 course from an imported powerpoint template which used Helvetica Nueue. I then had to install the font onto windows (running on Parallel 14 for Mac).
However upon SL360 launch it is still saying that two variations of this font are not installed. I assume as a result of this, I am getting strange display differences between fonts which supposedly have the same font name, and settings (bold, Italic, size) See attached samples
Thanks for sharing those images. A few questions to dig in a little deeper:
Confirming that you installed the fonts while Storyline was closed and then restarted Storyline afterward?
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360 which is currently build 3.31.19951.0? You can find out by going to the Help tab -> and clicking on About Storyline.
Did the Powerpoint template contain the font within a slide master?
Try re-importing the Powerpoint files now that the font has been installed. Looking forward to hearing back!
