I hope you can help me here, I have just received this from someone in the company who is reviewing a course (see graphic). It seems that the font we normally use hasn't loaded when he is reviewing it and causing the text to be distorted. do you have any ideas? Everything is perfectly fine my side and we are in the same company!

Hi Mike,
You will need to enable the font download setting in learners’ browsers to make sure that all users will get the same font in the projects that you have created.
Kindly follow the steps in the link and see if you will get it sorted.
