Do you have a screenshot of your screen so that we can see it? Are you seeing this in the Menu options, or when adding a text box for example? How about the slide/scene names?
Not sure what system you are on but you can doublecheck the system requirements for Articulate 360 here on this link. Make sure you meet the minimum system requirements as certain unusual behaviors may surface if these requirements are not met (which might very well be the situation that you find yourself in right now).
Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software? See if that fixes it.
If you are designing HTML 5 courses and depending on what browser you are seeing this issue on, this page should tell what might probably be happening behind the scenes.

Hi there Peter!
Can you tell me more about the problem you're seeing? Are you referring to the font of the text on your slide?
If so...
Hi Peter,
I did a little more digging and found this article: "Learners See the Wrong Fonts or Missing Letters in HTML5 Courses".

Thanks.

When people open in internet explorer there are missing letters. When they open in Chrome, there is OK, every letter.
Can you help me?
Hi Loli,
Did you see the article Chris shared, on what to do Learners See the Wrong Fonts or Missing Letters in HTML5 Courses? There are some specific steps for Internet Explorer.
If learners see the wrong fonts only in Internet Explorer, here are two reasons why and solutions for each.
