We've created an exam in Storyline 360, published the exam as AICC, and uploaded to SuccessFactors as a content object. We don't want learners to see the feedback layers while taking the exam so we removed those. We also don't want the Review button on the Results slide because this is a one-time pass/fail exam. However, we do want the Trainer(with Admin Role) to be able to pull reports or be able to see the data Storyline communicates to SuccessFactors on student_response, correct_response, and the result. The most important data is the result. How is this data available? Via a report, emailed, downloadable, etc.? We are researching reporting. Does anyone know how to produce this type of report or pull this data?
Here is a list of the data that Storyline sends to your Learning Management System. Once that data is compiled in the LMS database, there's really no limit to what kind of analysis you can perform (assuming the LMS grants access to the data)!
Have you connected with your LMS Administrator to find out how to access this data in Success Factors? Hopefully other folks who use the same LMS can chime in here, as well!
We sent that exact link to our LMS Admin. He thinks it's on the course end but after testing in SCORM Cloud, I was able to see the results on slide level, the exact results we were looking for so it's not on the course end. We'll reach out to our LMS consultants. Thank you!!!!
