Put the video in a layer. Set the initial state of the object/button used to launch the video to "Disabled." Insert a new trigger on the base layer which changes the state of the object/button to "Normal" when the timeline on the layer which the audio is on (I assume the base layer) completes.
Thanks, Joseph. I thought about that, but I don't think I can set a disable state on the video. It doesn't have states on it. See the screenshot for what I mean (not sure it will help).
You can put a hotspot over the video or slide and have teh hotspot drop off the timeline when the video is complete. The hotspot would prevent clicking on anything under it.

Going with Phil's tip you could create a poster frame like image to represent the video that gets covered up by the video when you bring it into slide
