I am looking for a way to force the NOTES tab to remain open during the entire presentation, rather than have the user select the TAB on each slide. Would appreciate knowing if this is possible
In the player settings you can change the order of the menu and notes and make notes the primary tab. The modern player responds to the screen size and may collapse it all, but it should work when the screen is wide enough. Otherwise you can switch to the classic player.
The images didn't come through. Also when posting from email, it's also pulling in your signature with all of your contact info. You may not want to expose that. You can edit your message and remove it.
As far as the notes, make sure that you move it to the top in the features.

Hi Susan,
It looks like you're replying via e-mail, which does a couple of things:
Be sure to click 'View' vs. 'Reply' when you get this message to pop into the forums to edit the above and attach your file to the discussion.
