Formatting background on Storyline

Hi team,

I want to make my background in two different colours. I have an image (attached) that I am using throughout but I want the same diagonal split of colours but without the hands, plate & avocado (see image attached).

Anyone know how to do this right in storyline or in a powerpoint so I can use it as a master slide?
