Formatting Issues with Knowledge Check Slides

Jan 19, 2021

Hello,

I’m a new user of Articulate Storyline and believe that I’m using Storyline 1. (My company purchased the software license; I just access it for a particular project.) I have successfully, for the most part, created my first e-Learning course; however, a couple of issues persist.

1.)    In five different browsers including Chrome, the frames around knowledge check questions (multiple choice and matching drop-down) are cut off on the right side and the bottom. See Attachment 1. Is there a way to correct this issue within Storyline 1?

2.)    On the matching drop-down slide I’ve created, certain browsers display my first answer choice within all of the drop-down fields when the slide initially loads. I would prefer that “—Select—” display within the fields until a user makes a selection. Can this issue be resolved within Storyline 1?

Thank you in advance for any assistance that can be provided.

Hi Meg!

I see that you've also submitted a case with our Support Engineers. Great call!

Since Storyline 1 was built with Flash dependencies, it is no longer supported since the removal of Flash. It is important that you're creating courses using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360 since they were built without Flash dependencies.

If you'd like to take Storyline 360 for a test drive, you can start a free 60-day trial. No credit card required. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
