As well as change the color of the checkmark (circle) that will appear once I click the highlighted box above. (default is blue, I wanted to change it to green)
The only way I was able to accomplish these changes was per slide/box/state -- OUCH!
Hi Connie! I cannot see the image that you are trying to share here, but the theme colors will work for the radio/checkboxes and the color inside is the Accent 1. The highlight color during selection is Custom 1. Once you have the colors set, this is a Theme Color set that you can re-use as needed.

Sorry for the delayed response - I was out extra for the Holiday!
Anyway, I wanted to apply a template to quiz slides that had already been created:
I wanted to apply a different color as the default for the feedback highlight;
