I have 4 Storyline characters in a layered scene. On the first layer, the charcters appear fine. But, on the 2nd layer, one character enters (animation) from the left side of the screen into an office scene. When the character enters, it has a frame (or box) drawn around it, which did not appear on the first layer. I can't seem to get rid of the frame. The character should just enter, w/o a frame around it. What could be causing this?
Would you be able to open a case with our support team and send us your .story file so we can take a look at what's going on? Thanks, and welcome again!
Shoot, sorry about that, Don. I'd go ahead and simply open a ticket with support, and not worry about sending the files just yet. From there, they may be able to replicate the issue you describe or have you share a screencast of what you're seeing.

Peter - I tried sending the file last week, but it bounced back - too big at 53M (zipped).
Probably too big for our mail server.
any suggestions?

BTW, David Anderson gave us a serial number at the class on how to extend our trial copy (I got it during the Beta period).
