How are you viewing the HTML 5 content (browser, iPad, etc.)? Are you uploading the project to a web server or LMS before testing the content? If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review this article for details.
I've uploaded the course to Articulate Online for testing (I can remove this when we're done, if you'd like). You can see the content here.
Let me know what environment you're using the view the content and I'll see if I experience the same problem.
Thanks for getting back to me! With interactive content like your drag and drop free form, you may not be able to run it on Android.
Here's some additional information:
Storyline content may work on some Android devices. However, Articulate does not officially support Android devices or browsers. Click here to review the system requirements for authoring and viewing Storyline content.
If you'd like to see official support for a particular mobile device, please submit a feature request to our product development team for review.
You might also want to check out this chart on comparing HTML5, Flash and Articulate Mobile Player output.
There may be some alternatives you can try, however. You might want to take a look around the forums and see if any of the other community members have found a way to get this type of interaction to work on Android devices.

I’m trying to view it using Chrome for Mobile Android and Chrome 22 withthe Flash plugin disabled.
Viewed the course via your link, and it did not function.
