Free form Text box entry in course is appearing in the quiz section as if it were an incorrect quiz question

I created free from text entries in the body of my course where user fills in text entries.  User can enter any text to get the feel of the system.  However when I go to the quiz portion, these slides appear as incorrect as if they were quiz questions.  Any idea how to fix
