Using storyline 2, when i create a text entry field and delete the text inside, it does not remember the font size I set for the box. I have tried selecting the box and changing the text size which works but if i click on the box again in the unpublished version it reverts back to a different font size.
It looks like Matthew has you covered, and he's correct that it'll need some text elements included to retain formatting. I have seen what you described though in terms of clicking on the text box vs. clicking within it resetting the text formatting and that is something we've shared with our team. You could also set it and use the lock icon within the timeline to ensure that you don't click within it by mistake.
