Free Trial won't launch - please help.

I uploaded the trial, and I have internet connectivity, but the free trial will not launch.  Just 3 dots over and over...  What do I do?  I re-installed once already.  Won't work.

Hi Megan, 

Sorry for the trouble you've run into. It sounds like the Desktop application isn't working once you've installed it? Do you know if you installed it as an administrator on that computer?
